As part of a Government of Ireland Postdoctoral Fellowship Project at the University of Limerick, we are carrying out a study developing interactive simulations for teaching and assessing science inquiry skills. See Information Sheet

Consent details

I declare that I have been fully briefed on the nature of this study and my role in it and have been given the opportunity to ask questions before agreeing to participate.

I understand what the study is about, and what my results will be used for.
I understand where the research will be carried out.
I understand that my name will not appear on any research data from this study
I give permission that my data can be used anonymously in report format and published output
I know that my participation is voluntary and that I can withdraw my participation in the study at any time, without explanation or reason, before submitting the survey.
